Chengdu Century Sunshine Seals Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. The company is located in the New Materials Functional Zone of Xinjin District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of over 20000 square meters. There are nearly a hundred employees, including more than ten technical personnel. The company passed the ISO/TS16949 international quality system certification in 2008.
The company has two business segments:
1、 The main products of rubber products include oil seals, Y-rings, membranes, polyurethane and other sealing components; Bushings, dust covers, and other shock-absorbing products. The products are widely used in automotive, petroleum, electronics and other enterprises, and the company also provides OEM production for European and American enterprises. Sunshine sealing has a complete production chain including rubber material development and production, product structure design and development, mold design and processing, and product production. Therefore, it can be used for the design, development, and production of substitute imported parts and special requirements products.
2、 The research and production of mixed rubber/premixed rubber mainly include fluororubber, silicone rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, nitrile rubber, and EPDM rubber. To meet the constantly higher requirements of our customers, we have made long-term and unremitting investments and experiments in the formulation design and material application of rubber. The company has comprehensive testing and production equipment, strict production management processes, and ensures the stability of each batch of mixed rubber. We also maintain close cooperation with research institutes, fully studying the development trends of the industry and new materials and processes, and customizing various special performance rubber materials for customers with advanced technology, such as dynamic sealing rubber materials with higher wear resistance, fluororubber with good dynamic performance from low temperature to -40 ℃ (or lower) to high temperature to above 240 ℃, silicone rubber with more low-temperature resistance, radiation resistant silicone rubber, etc.
